I ordered a muslin co-ord set worth around Rs. 1999 and it has been one of the most disappointing online shopping experiences I’ve had.

The product shown on the website looks premium, with a rich muslin fabric and elegant finish. However, the product I received is completely different from what was advertised. The fabric quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the pictures. Calling it “muslin” is misleading. In my opinion, the quality isn’t even worth ₹200.

What you see on the website is not what you receive. The stitching, fabric, and overall finish are far below expectations.

To make matters worse, there is no proper return or exchange option. As a customer, if you receive a product that doesn’t match the description, you’re simply left with no solution and your money is wasted.

I’m also surprised by the positive reviews on the website because my experience has been the complete opposite. Based on what I received, I would advise buyers to be very cautious before placing an order.

I would never recommend purchasing from this website unless they improve their product quality and introduce a fair return/refund policy.
